I know because I've been in that hole of despair - it doesn't feel good.
And that's why I'm running this program - because up until now you may feel stuck in this way of living, but with the right attitude and commitment you can change how you respond to stress and anxiety.
Now, I'm not claiming to be a guru or some spiritual leader who will remove all the stress from your life. But that's not what you're looking for (and if it is then you might want to look somewhere else).
I'm just a guy who's been where you are and has managed to turn it around. Through years of practicing meditation and mindset training I know first hand that things can get better and it doesn't have to be a struggle.
But, meditation can be confusing. Especially with its new appeal in mainstream culture. It's been watered down and re-appropriated as a miracle drug.
Let me be clear, there is no one-size fits all approach to meditation. You can't learn to meditate by reading books or listening to apps. You need dedication to see the results. I can point you in the right direction but you've got to put in the work.

You want to be a monk: Nothing against monks, but that's NOT what we are doing here. Our techniques don't require you to change your lifestyle. Though you may find your lifestyle naturally shifts.
You enjoy living in tension: Ok, I'm being a little facetious here... but if you really think you need to be stressed and anxious to get stuff done and live a fulfilled life, then this isn't for you.
You're looking for a quick fix: The techniques you'll learn in this program require a certain degree of dedication and practice in order for habit restructuring to occur. If you like using the excuse "I just don't have time," please move along.
You prefer to use a meditation app: Apps are great for a quick shot of stress relief but they don't teach you HOW to meditate effectively. Apps create dependencies on guided meditations which doesn't promote self-sufficiency. If you want a crutch, move on.
